United Lighthouse  is a social enterprise hybrid model company located in the Richland area of Johnstown Pa. The nonprofit sector of the company provides workforce readiness, trauma-informed care, mentorship and more. The for profit arm offers staffing, consulting, & onboarding services, both entities together creates a holistic atmosphere of success. Our for profit creates a platform of employers striving to offer second chance employment. The nonprofit assist in the development of employees ready for that second chance.
